Equipment Sales & "As-Is" Status

• The Nature of Used Iron: Unless otherwise stated in a written and signed purchase agreement, all equipment is sold "As-Is, Where-Is."

• No Implicit Warranties: We provide no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. While we take pride in vetting our inventory, used machinery inherently carries risks.

• Right to Inspect: We strongly encourage every customer to perform a personal inspection or hire a third-party mechanic before purchase. Once the bill of sale is signed and funds are exchanged, the sale is final.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Accuracy: We work hard to keep our site updated, but we reserve the right to correct pricing errors or pull a machine from the market if it is no longer available.

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to "hold" a machine. This deposit is an agreement that you intend to complete the purchase.

• Payment Methods: We accept wire transfers, certified checks, and verified financing. Equipment will not be released for transport until funds have fully cleared our accounts.

4. Financing and Third-Party Links

We facilitate connections to lending partners to help grow your fleet. However:

• Mountain Mama Machinery LLC is not a financial institution.

• Financing terms are strictly between the buyer and the lender.

• We are not responsible for any credit decisions or loan terms offered by third parties.

5. Logistics and Shipping

• Coordination: We take the stress out of the job by handling trucking arrangements.

• Risk of Loss: Once the equipment is loaded onto a trailer and leaves our yard (or the seller's yard), the risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer and the shipping company. We are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers.

6. User Conduct on Website

You agree not to use our website for any fraudulent purposes, including providing false information about equipment you wish to sell or attempting to circumvent our security systems.

7. Governing Law
