  • No Warranties: There are no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Caveat Emptor: All sales are final. The Buyer assumes all risks associated with the condition, performance, and safety of the equipment.

It is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure the equipment meets their specific project requirements and safety standards.

Shipping Policy - The Basics

Pre-Purchase Inspections

We believe in transparency and "good iron." We strongly encourage all customers to personally inspect equipment or hire a third-party mechanic to conduct an inspection at our facility prior to purchase.

  • Once a sales agreement is executed and payment is processed, the Buyer waives any further right to dispute the mechanical or structural condition of the machine.

III. Payment & Release Protocol

To maintain professional logistics standards, the following payment terms are strictly enforced:

  • Paid in Full: No machine, attachment, or part will be authorized for release or loaded onto a trailer until the purchase price has been paid in full and funds have been verified and cleared by our financial institution.

  • Proof of Purchase: Haulers must present a valid Bill of Sale or a Release Authorization from Mountain Mama Machinery LLC before loading.

IV. Shipping & Logistics Coordination

We work with a network of heavy-haulers and can assist in coordinating transport to your job site or yard.

  • Arranged Shipping: If Mountain Mama Machinery LLC arranges shipping on your behalf, we act solely as a liaison between the Buyer and the third-party carrier.

  • Third-Party Freight: The carrier’s insurance is responsible for the machine once it is loaded. Any claims for damage during transit must be filed directly with the freight provider.

  • Self-Arranged Transport: Buyers are welcome to send their own trucks. Please provide 24-hour notice to ensure our team is available to assist with loading and documentation.
